Harveys of Bristol


Following EU legislation that meant sherry could only use that name if it was bottled in Portugal Harveys had to radically re-organise it’s famous operation. Having a long tradition in the port of Bristol it decided to move its head office from the huge, now defunct bottling plant outside the town back to it’s roots in Denmark Street.

Home Bargains


TJ Morris, started over 30 years ago and since the first opening in Liverpool, the business has grown organically to become one of the biggest privately owned companies in the UK (The Sunday Times Top Track 250, 2008). The company now boasts over 170 stores and employs more than 4,000 people.

Majestic Wine


Currently the UK's biggest and best retailer specialising in sales of wine by the mixed case, with stores throughout the UK. Majestic sells wines and spirits with a minimum purchase and offers an extensive range of superb wines in large quantities, giving its customers real choice of quality and value.

New York Deli


Strategically for ‘New York Deli’ the existing fast food marketplace was extensively surveyed and from that Strategic Retail Design developed a total retail design package that exploited a stylish authentic ‘New Yorkness’. A new brand and logo were developed together with a sympathetic menu.

Rail Europe


Rail Europe moved from their premises in Piccadilly re-situating themselves within the Visit Britain Travel Center in Regent Street London. Strategic Retail Design’s design project was to create an integrated travel centre.

Long established now as the high street retailer providing the best variety of up to the minute and most desirable shoe brands in one place it started life as a shop for men and boys only in decidedly secondary sites, known then as the only place to buy the tallest Doc Martens boots.

SoleTrader needed a way to keep their high street shops at the forefront of footwear fashion so asked Strategic Retail Design to design an outlet centre shop to offer fantastic value for last season’s fashion shoes.
